Refund and Returns Policy

At Kitchen Accessories, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Please carefully review our return policy to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Products that have been damaged, altered, or washed are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to initiate a return.

Note: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@kitchenaccessories.pk within 24 hours of receiving the product to request a return. Please include your order numberproduct name, and reason for return.
  • Provide Evidence: Include clear video evidence of the issue with the product (e.g., damage or defect). The video should show the product’s condition and, if applicable, how the issue occurred.
  • Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request and video evidence, we will provide Return Authorization (RA) instructions, including the return address and other necessary details.
  • Pack the Product: Ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund if the product meets the return conditions.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For customers who paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
  • Processing Time: Refund processing may take 7-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Email us within 24 hours of receiving your order with video evidence showing the damage or defect. The video should include unboxing footage.
  • Replacement or Refund: Once we verify the issue, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Opened food or perishable items (e.g., kitchen accessories related to food storage).
  • Items that have been used, altered, or washed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs for all returns, except for damaged or defective items.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. In the case of an exchange:

  • The returned item will be treated as a return, and a new order will be processed for the exchanged item.

8. Final Sale Items

Certain products are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
